In the event of a buglary or robbery, whether the property is vacant or occupied we will receive intelligence within seconds of such an event at our monitoring station through our RapidSecure® wireless system and dispatch our armed reponse team with a strike capability within minutes, ensuring that all our clients are guaranteed peace of mind.
In a duress situation or when clients are under personal threat, by the push of the panic button which is strategically located around the property, RapidSecure® will again receive intelligence within seconds and send out armed response within minutes (panic buttons also come in key holder, wrist watch and pendant forms).
In a fire situation whether the property is vacant or occupied, RapidSecure® is alerted within seconds via our optical smoke detector and appropriate actions are initiated immediately. Our own fire fighting team will attend initially awaiting back up from the fire service with which we are in close relationship.
In a medical emergency by the push of the emergency button RapidSecure® will dispatch an ambulance with medical staff to attend and stabilise the situation, before immediate transfer to hospital. There is a two way speech facility within the wireless system where medical teams in transit are regularly updated about the situation.
